Questions from owners

Do you manage my property, or do you rent it from me?
We rent from you: we sign a lease and we are your tenant. Occupants, repairs and settlements are on us — you have one agreement and one transfer a month.
When do I receive the rent?
On the last day of the month — even when the occupant is late. Reminders and any legal steps are our concern.
Who pays for repairs?
Minor repairs we carry out and pay for ourselves. Larger works are always agreed with you in advance — scope, cost and timing, with a photo report afterwards.
Do I have to live in the Netherlands?
No. We handle everything on site, and you receive documents, reports and settlements by e-mail.
